Martina Neske is an experienced entrepreneur and proven capital markets expert who, over more than 35 years, has built up comprehensive experience in equity research, asset management and the creation of independent financial services firms.

Since 2001, Martina has founded, built and successfully led two independent, BaFin-licensed wealth management firms in an entrepreneurial capacity as founder and Managing Partner — most recently CHOM CAPITAL GmbH in Frankfurt am Main — developing deep expertise in the European equity markets and in corporate valuation along the way. As Managing Director and CFO, she is responsible for finance, human resources, operations, risk controlling, compliance, anti-money-laundering and regulatory reporting, and serves as a mentor to the firm's scholarship recipients.

The foundation of her career was laid from 1990 to 2000 at Deutsche Bank in wealth management and equity research, with sector responsibility for pan-European consumer stocks, complemented by teaching in the DVFA post-graduate programme. Her qualification as a DVFA Investment Analyst and her education at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management provided the groundwork for this.

A mother of three, Martina Neske has been passionately engaged in voluntary work for decades, in ever-changing ways. True to the motto "mente et manu," it matters to her not merely to support projects but to bring them to fruition with her own hand. In her private and professional life alike, she is guided by the Japanese principle of Kaizen — the idea of continuous, incremental improvement, achieved not through great leaps but through daily, often small steps in the right direction. This commitment to continually developing herself and her own work shapes her outlook as an entrepreneur just as it shapes how she engages with her family, her voluntary work and her clients.
